Vinyasa Flow
All flow classes offer a dynamic yoga session that works through postures to develop strength, balance, focus and well being. Moving through postures, breathing and visualizations, this class creates a fit, lean body and an inspired mind. This session is suitable for those with a reasonable level of fitness, and for those who prefer a workout!!
Flow LevelsLevel 1 - a gentle class suitable for beginners, all levels of fitness/flexibility and ages. This session works gently through various postures and breathing techniques to create a feeling of peace and well being.
Level 2 - suitable for those with at least 6 months experience, looks at more challenging postures and has a stronger dynamic flow throughout.
Open - a mixed level class suitable for all levels other than complete beginners.
Detox Flow
This dynamic class focuses on stronger postures, twists and inversions to create heat and cleansing through the body whilst bringing a sense on peace for the mind. Due to it's stronger nature this class is not suitable for those with injuries or complete beginners.
Flow Focus
This class looks at the flow postures in a little more detail to develop understanding and alignment that can then be applied to any flow class.
Evening Flow
A relaxing flow class that combines asana, pranayama and relaxation. Longer held postures to ease out tension from the day and leave you relaxed and ready to sleep! Suitable for all levels.
