Finding Your Inner Teacher
Hemmingford Abbots Village Hall
Cambs
Morning Session with Louise Lloyd
10am to 12.30pm
Our inner teacher is our true self, void of fear and ever at peace, and is our guide to living a peaceful, joyful life. So how do we find the teacher within? How can we live every moment from this inspired place? And how does that affect our outer world? In the morning session Louise will look at all of these aspects and you will learn how to apply it through a dynamic vinyasa flow asana practice, pranayama and meditation.

Afternoon Session with Anna Jackson
1.30pm to 4pm
It is traditional to wait until the New Year to think of making changes, why not now? Why not make changes as and when we ourselves outgrow any current situation? Anna, who is both an experienced yoga teacher and life coach, takes into consideration that we live in the real world and helps to develop the inner teacher to guide you forwards. The afternoon session will contain a gentle asana practice, pranayama, yoga coaching and a 40 minute Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means psychic sleep and the core part of Yoga Nidra is the Sankalpa, setting a resolve. The 40 minute practice then takes the resolve deep into your consciousness so it has a better chance of happening than a resolutions made after a few pints and a curry on New Years Eve!

“Listen to the quiet voice within. Trust it for it is your very essence and it will never play you false. And know this; once you have set your feet upon the path that you know is the right one for you, your whole life will light up.”
Frank Smith, Children of Light
