YOGA AND MEDITATION
Thursday, 29th January. 7.30pm to 9pm
The Cotton Hall, Girton.
Kick start the year with an hour and a half of yoga, pranayama, and meditation! Come along and deepen your practise by getting a deeper understanding of the postures. Practise breathing techniques and meditations to create an inner peace and outer glow. Suitable for all levels.
£6 per person. Please bring your own mat, some water or herbal tea, and a blanket. Arrive 5 or 10 mins early so we are ready to start at 7.30pm.
